    For the lady who had great service on Sunday.... i am not weird... i would just like to make a remark.. that i am the lady who had the birthday party of 10 on the Saturday night....I did not expect a 5 star service but it was really has it happened as i described it.. should i have to pay 6$ a bottle of plain 1.5 litre of Nestle Water we were subjected to buy for the purpose to make over 500% mark up profit because we were all soaked with sweat and dehydrated like we were in a sauna for the purpose of saving a few dollars on his hydro bill to run the a/c? but one small household fan on a stand by the doors only with a full house?... only because i complained and called the owner the next morning long distance and told him of our dilemma and complaints and he is well aware of it... He was very apologetic and sympathetic with me and remembered our table but didnt realize all the problems we had encountered...We were really excited to go i am not one to complain or wish a free hand out because it was to be a special night for my husband's first birthday in Canada which didnt make a great impression on him... We were all so very dissapointed.. but the owner was nice enough to re invite us at his establishment one more time and that anything of this magnitude never repeats itself again...he did tell us that he didnt want to run the a/c because he said there was no point as hot as it was...it would never cool the place down...i told him in my opinion that is not right...u should be sitting comfortably in a well air circulating dining area at least and water should be served for free in a glass like all restaurants do its the way its done in case someone needs water if they choke or must take medication or for a emergency situation ...also knowing we had a new waiter serving us which he informed me of and a lot of food was forgotten at our table and us left waiting for an hour for the next appetizers to come to our table..we were so hungry we didnt know what happened and then the birthday cake incident which left us wandering if the cake had been given to another party when they sang happy birthday to my husband... too many issues to mentionned on that night.. Once again, the owner made sure that nothing like this never happens again..so that is why u probably had the exceptional service that u had with your waiter on a quiet Sunday lunch with great food and Perrier water because he was there and made sure.... one of my guest was a regular customer with her family there and never experienced anything so disgusted at this restaurant she is never coming back.. we drove quite a distance from Durham Region as this place was highly recommended to us by her being Lebonese....and also another Lebonese friend who recommended it as well is a regular there as well......we paid 36.99 a person ( for Saturday night) plus the water, and 6 drinks plus $66.00 in gratuities (tips) that was added after taxes on our bill ....you do the math.. our bill came to over 510.00 overall...for the same menu you got on a Sunday... with half the food forgotten Maybe you should thank me .. because without my complaint im very sure you could of had the same dining experience as we did..
